Through mcdonalds.com, McDonald’s Legend of McRib contest provides a great chance to win $10,000 cash and a trip to Germany. The contest has been started at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on or about November 2, 2010 and ends on or about November 22, 2010 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Entry Period”).

About McDonald’s Legend of McRib contest:

The McDonald’s Legend of McRib contest is open only to residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia (DC). Contestant who wants to enter in this contest must be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. There is no limit to the number of entries per Contestant.

To participate in this contest, a contestant have to record a video that says a story of demonstrates the spirit and excitement a McRib fan feels. The language of the video should be English, i.e. the Contestant’s own original or fictional McRib story or adventure. The video must be uploaded in one of the acceptable formats: .AVI, .MPG, .MP4, .MOV or .WMV format and it should be smaller than 2GB in size.

Now, submit the video at www.McDonalds.com/mcrib (“Site”) and click on “Submit Your Legend”. Contestant also can submit their entry from the McRib Facebook tab (“Facebook Site”). After that, fill the application form by first and last name, daytime phone number and email address. All the entries must be received before November 22, 2010.

Winner of the contest will be determined by four steps: Initial Entry Evaluation, Voting, Advancing to Final Judging, and Final Judging/Winning. The name of the winner will be declared on or about December 10, 2010. Potential Winner will be informed by overnight delivery.

Grand prize winner will get three (3) city trip to Germany of seven (7) day/six (6) night for winner +one guest. He/she will also receive a cheque of $10,000 (USD). Their Legend will be displayed at www.McDonalds.com/mcrib, after converting into an animation presentation by Sponsor. This trip includes: round-trip coach class air travel, and a total of six (6) nights (one or more nights per city) hotel accommodations (one standard double occupancy room). The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Prize is $16,500.00.
