Ogie and Regine's wedding photos revealed

The wedding photos of Ogie Alcasid and Regine Velasquez has been revealed on yesterday afternoon, 22nd December, 2010. The famous personalities of Showbiz industry, singer-actress Regine Velasquez and singer-songwriter Ogie Alcasid have finally tied with each other on Dec. 22 at the beautiful Terrazas de Punta Fuego Beach Resort in Nasugbu, Batangas.

On the wedding celebration, Regine looked stunning with red gown which was a creation of US based Filipino designer, Monique Lhuillier. With this dress she wore a pair of black Chanel rider boots underneath. Ogie Alcasid wore Grey suit by Randy Ortiz. The wedding celebration was attended by Hollywood celebrities Britney Spears, Carrie Underwood, Kristen Stewart and Hillary Duff.

The wedding ceremony was set in the sunset time and started on 4 pm. According to the Laurel, “A thousand butterflies were released while Regine was walking down the aisle. They all clung to her. It was an amazing sight.” The couple and guest cried during the wedding ceremony when they exchanged their vows. At the time of wedding, Velasquez sang love song, “Awit ng Pag-ibig” as a part of her wedding vows. She completed song by saying “I’ve never felt so happy all my life.”

Kris Aquino, Sen. Bong Revilla Jr, Lea Salonga, Hayden Kho Jr, Richard Gomez, Dennis Trillo, Lucy Torres, Gian Magdangal, Christian Bautista, Dingdong Dantes, Marian Rivera, Rajo Laurel, Ai-Ai delas Alas Cristalle Belo gave blessings to the new couple. Ogie’s ex-wife Michelle Van Eimeren, also attended this wedding with her new husband Mark Morrow. Ogie’s daughter Leila was Velasquez’s maid of honor and Sarah was Bible bearer. The best man of Alcasid was his brother Antonio. Sarah, Rachelle Ann, Lea and Gian had performed at the reception.

Currently the couple hosts the GMA 7’s Philippine music variety show “Party Pilipinas” together with Janno Gibbs, and Jaya. All co-host of this program were present in Ogie and Regine wedding.

GMA 7 senior program manager, Redgie Acuña-Magno said, “The swimming pool was covered with fiberglass. The couple crossed it and climbed a flight of stairs on their way to the altar. It was so romantic.”
