To book online ticket, first of all, select source, destination locations and date of journey and press ‘continue’ button. Now, pay your ticket price on merchant's payment gateway. Lastly, confirmation message will display on the screen. By using the print option, traveler can print out the ticket which is provided on the site.
It is mandatory to produce a photocopy of the card holder's photo identity card while boarding and hand over it to the attender. Tickets without photo id will be cancelled and only 50% of ticket amount will be refunded. Traveler can cancel their tickets up to 45 minutes before the scheduled departure. 80% of the cost of the ticket will be refunded. Beyond this time 50% of the charge for the journey ALONE will be refunded. After the departure of the bus, tickets cannot be cancelled.
