The Global Roam Service Utility is introduced by SingNet to assist all SingNet Dial-up subscribers to protect their SingNet Global Roaming Service account because there is no guarantee of security on the internet.
Subscribers will not be capable to Global Roam until it is enabled again via the same utility if once the service is disabled.
Subscribers are strongly encouraged to keep their SingNet Global Roaming Service disabled by SingNet when not in use to prevent any unauthorised log-in.
An official auto-reply email will be sent to the account holder, acknowledging the changes whenever a request is submitted to change the status of SingNet Global Roaming Service account.
