Dr. Ram Baran Yadav is the recent President of Nepal, who earlier served as Minister of Health and as General Secretary of the Nepali Congress Party. He was born on 4th February, 1948 in the small village of Sapahi, Dhanusha district in south-eastern Nepal. He was the fourth son of Thani and Ramrita Yadav. In 21st July 2008, he was selected as the first President of Nepal in a Second round of voting.
On Thursday, the application of Multi-Commodity Exchange-Stock Exchange (MCX-SX) to operate bourses trading various products, including stocks and equity derivatives was rejected by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). After SEBI rejected the application, Financial Technologies India (FTIL) fallen down 9.25% at Rs 1,245 at 10:16 IST on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
As per the market regulator the application done by MCX is resistant with the norms. In the share market, a high of one thousand three hundred and thirty five rupees and a low of one thousand two hundred and forty two rupees within the day were witnessed by Financial Technologies. At 9:11a.m., the share was trading at 1,272 which were fallen to 7.22% equivalent to Rs.99.4. The volume of shares with MCX was trading were 1, 18, 626 in comparison of 35, 000 which is its five-day average and 15, 016 shares, its thirty-day average.
Toyota's North American arm confirmed for Inside Line on Wednesday, that on Friday in the U.S.2010, Lexus LS sedans equipped with optional Variable Gear Ratio Steering will be recalled. On Wednesday, a statement was issued by the Toyota Motor Corp. (TMC) saying that it is preparing a recall of 11,500 Lexus vehicles globally which includes the Lexus LS 600h and LS 460.
Toyota spokesman Mike Michels wrote in response to an e-mailed query from Inside Line, "Toyota North America is aware that certain 2010 Lexus LS sedans equipped with optional Variable Gear Ratio Steering [VGRS] may exhibit a temporary steering wheel off-center condition, under specific conditions". Preparations which are based on Toyota’s discussions with TMC in Japan are being made to file a recall in the United States on May 21.
To fix a computerized steering problem, Toyota will recall 4,500 Lexus LS models in Japan, 3,800 in the U.S., 800 in China, 150 in Europe and a small number in other markets. Japan's Nikkei, citing unidentified sources, said the company may for the interim suspend sales and productions of some Lexus LS sedans worldwide. Toyota is recalling four Lexus models, the LS 460, LS 460 L, LS 600h, and LS 600h L. According to spokesman Paul Nolasco, the Company has received 12 complaints about the problem in Japan, but has no reports of any accidents worldwide.

On its latest update, Louisana coastline poses a threat to the marine life over there. To contain the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico from continuous leakage, every possible action has been called by US President Barack Obama. As of last week, the most amount of oil is being thrown into the water by a third leak in the oil rig.
“The current situation of the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico may probably surpass the extent of the BP oil spill which happened in 1989 from Exxon Valdez in Alaska. That particular oil spill is so far considered as the worst oil spill in the history resulting to millions of environmental damages particularly in the livelihood of fishermen and in the wildlife,” according to several experts.
Jie Jun Lan said, “They do the fastest possible action to contain this oil spill in Gulf of Mexico from further leakage to the water,” and “I’ve heard that these boom oil equipments clean oil spills and contains them to avoid further leakage.” Companies that have the necessary oil spill machineries like boom oil equipment should coordinate with the authorities.

The world’s smallest man He Pingping was died at age of 21 due to a chest pain. He was filming a television show in Rome, Italy, where he was to take a part in the show, when he suffered chest pains and then was sent to the hospital and he was died on this past weekend, the program’s production company said Tuesday on March 16th, 2010.
He has died from heart complications according to the Guinness World Records spokesperson said. Pingping was also recognized the World’s shortest man by Guinness World Records book in 2008 and he had made a "huge impact around the world". Mr Glenday, the editor of Guinness World Records said, "For such a small man, he made a huge impact around the world."
He was born in China's northern region of Inner Mongolia in 1988, who was just 74 cm tall (29 inches). He had become a recognized figure across the world. He was traveled around the world to promote the Guinness World Records and he was successor as the world's shortest man in due course. Earlier this year he also traveled to Istanbul to launch of the Guinness World Records live roadshow, where he gave posed with world’s tallest man Sultan Kosen.
